Victoria Beckham puts David on fertility diet

David and Victoria Beckham Posh and Becks – as they’ve been dubbed by the media – met at a charity football match in 1997, prompting David to ask for the Spice Girl’s number. After a passionate – and quick – courtship, the pair announced their engagement in 1998, and were married a year later at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland on 4 July. In 2008, England footballing ace David announced he was accepting a contract with the LA Galaxy soccer team, and the picture-perfect pair – and their three children Brookyln, Romeo and Cruz - decamped to America. Ever since, ‘brand Beckham’ have become part of the A-list social set (Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith are on speed-dial), and are fast becoming one of Tinseltown’s most dazzling duos. http://www.marieclaire.co.uk/celebrity/a-z/158438/victoria-beckham.html

Victoria Beckham is so desperate to have a fourth child she has put husband David on a fertility diet.

The diet, which is alkaline-rich, is aimed at strengthening sperm, as the couple try to add another to their brood.

However, despite Victoria's efforts to fall pregnant again, her fears that another child will ruin her figure and prematurely age her are still rife.

An insider has claimed: 'Victoria's got major issues about having another baby. She's terrified of putting on any weight, but she has to if she wants to fall pregnant.'

The memory of Victoria's last birth with son Cruz still appears to be fresh in her mind. 'It was very painful and it took a lot out of Victoria physically,’ says a source. 'She's paranoid that the sagging skin around her tummy will get worse than it already is after three Caesarean sections.'
