Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are so keen to produce a sibling for super-cute Suri, that they’re reportedly seeking fertility advice.

Hollywood’s power couple have been trying for another child in the last few months - without success - and have decided to seek advice at Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in LA.

One source revealed: ‘She’s really upset about it. The one thing she wants more than anything is a son for Tom.

‘She says they’ve been trying since the summer, but it just hasn’t happened for them yet.

‘Katie and Tom sat down and had a heart-to-heart and decided it might be worth her going to see the doctor to get checked out.’

Hey hold on - these things take time.

Katie is young and healthy and already has a beautiful baby girl.

Surely they should just have fun trying before sounding the alarm bells. It seem that Katie may be under too much pressure. Also why is it just Katie being cheched out?

He didn't have kids with his first wife; he adopted 2 with his second wife, and it's KATIE who should get checked out??? Anyone else see something a tad out of kilter here? LOL

typical hollywood brat pack. sorry for the sour grapes, but they should be grateful for the daughter they have. i had a miscarriage only 12 days ago...when will tom & katie realise money can't buy you eveything?

It takes some couples years to have a child. There is clearing nothing wrong with Katie fertility wise as she has already had a naturally conceived child. Katie should also look at her weight loss!! When she got pregnant with Suri she was a healthy happy weight (and it seems she got pregnant quite quickly) maybe the fact that she's dropped a couple of stone is having a negative effect on her body. I think she needs to give it a bit longer before going down that route.
