I completely disagree. Its not a matter of 'Growing Up' because she's not doing it to make money. It seems as though she is simply suing him as a threat to prevent him from selling it and ultimately making money through her. I think its hypocritical to say that Kate has used her boyfriends when clearly Pete is using their relationship and the home video to make money!! Its perfectly normal and acceptable to make personal home videos, its just a shame that people now-a-days are so shallow and desperate that they have to use them to make money! Pete can make money the same as the next person but he shouldn't be doing it by using Kate. I wish Kate all the success in the world. Just because she has made some mistakes in the past - who hasn't?? These people who clearly enjoy putting her down are simply jealous of her successful career. I don't think Pete is a bad person, he just needs to turn it around and see how he would feel if she was to do that to him. Im sure he wouldn't appreciate his ex selling a personal home video about him. So good luck to them both - in their seperate lives.

Grow up Kate you have made enough money yourself this year out of your drug taking? why should he be worth less than you ,if you want your privacy keep your head under control so you don't make unsuitable video's ,its not as if you don't now the risk ,your career was on a slide downhill before your fun with Pete, you have used many of your men ,take a bit back ,i remember the behavior on Big Brekfast you used that well, some of us have long memories ,just because you have powerful friends you get away with far to much , if you cant face the time ,don't do the crime ?,i think you have got away with more than most normal?people this year ,time to keep quiet and take the £12 million extra you have made in revamping a slightly aging career
