Is Lily Allen pregnant?

Popstrel Lily Allen is pregnant with her first child.

According to reports from The Sun today the 22-year-old singer discovered she was expecting last month and has only just revealed the news to her family and close friends.

Lily and her boyfriend, 37-year-old Ed Simons, are said to be delighted by the news and now plan to move in together.

A source told the newspaper of Lily's delight saying: 'It's the icing on the cake for what has been an incredible 18 months for her. She is looking forward to finishing her new album early next year and releasing it before the birth of her first child.'

The star will certainly be busy - apart from becoming a mum and continuing with her music career, Lily is planning to move into TV. She has signed to present her own TV show Lily Allen and Friends for BBC3, as well as hitting the silver screen in a spoof version of Pride and Prejudice with Russell Brand.
