Charlize Theron

Charlize Theron has become the latest victim of a spate of burglaries in the Hollywood Hills. Her house was broken into between the 6 and 8 December, when the Oscar winning actress was not home. It has not been confirmed what has been taken.

The LAPD have confirmed that an investigation is underway. Speaking to US Weekly, Officer Ana Aguirre commented: 'There were no suspects seen by any witnesses. And the property that was taken is being evaluated by the homeowner.'

Charlize is the latest in a string of Hollywood stars to suffer burglaries this year. Faith Hill and Tim McGraw were hit, as was Duran Duran's John Taylor.
