Kylie tour sells out in half an hour

Kylie Minogue's UK shows sold out in just half an hour yesterday prompting her promoters to add another seven dates.



Fans of the pop princess led a buying frenzy on the phonelines and at the four arenas hosting her eight British shows after the £49 tickets went on sale at 9am on Monday.



Within hours some had appeared on eBay for up to £400. London, Glasgow and Manchester will get two more nights, while Belfast gets one more.



Kylie X2008 is the singer's first world tour since she was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago.



She kicks off in Paris on 6 May, before jetting in to the UK leg of the tour in July - just after she turns 40.
