Lynne Spears claims Britney's relationship with Justin just for publicity

BRITNEY SPEARS MUM WILL reveal that her daughter's relationship with Justin Timberlake was a publicity stunt, in her tell-all book to be released in 2008. Pop Culture Mom: A real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World is set for release on Mother's Day next year, and sources claim that Lynne Spears will talk extensively about her troubled daughters problems and subsequent break down.



The source has also told US magazine Star that Lynne will state that Britney's relationship with Justin was based on publicity. The source claims, 'They were together for the hype they caused in public, although Britney did have puppy love for Justin. Their break-up was scheduled and went down the way their agents and publicists wanted it to... The whole thing brought in a lot of attention and money-just the way it was supposed to.'



Speaking out this week, Lynne told Life and Style magazine that she blames herself for her daughter's problems, saying, 'I wish I was there more while she was touring... But I couldn't be. I had the other kids to look after.'
