LILY ALLEN IS planning on launching her very own music label. The London lass has ditched her own management company after failing to make an impact Stateside and now wants to take matters into her own hands.

'Lily has a wise head on her shoulders and is really excited about the idea of having her own business empire,' an insider claims. She loves making music but she's also brilliant at spotting talent, as she was in the underground scene for a few years before her career took off.'

With a spokesperson confirming, 'It's something Lily's looking at,' the star has reportedly already approached Kanye West and producer friend Mark Ronson for advice.

And a record label isn't the only plan Lily has for 2008: on her blog, she notes she's lined up for a new TV show and there's also a second collection for New Look in the pipeline.
