It looks like Jennifer Lopez's baby dreams have finally come true - the star is reportedly 12 weeks pregnant.

The actress and her husband Marc Anthony - who already has three children from a previous marriage - are said to be 'overjoyed' at the news.

The Maid in Manhattan star received fertility treatment and went on special diets in attempts to get pregnant over the last two years.

And now, according to InTouch Weekly, the couple have received good news from Beverly Hills gynaecologist, fertility specialist Dr Robert Katz.

One insider said: 'The test calculated that she was about 12 weeks pregnant.'

And there was also speculation it might be a double blessing.

The source added: 'The way the foetus is lying made it difficult for the doctor to tell if there was more than one baby in there.'

The couple should be expecting the new arrival in the spring.
