The fashion world has once again rallied - Fashion for Relief held a charity event earlier this month, auctioning gorgeous clothes for the cause - to raise funds to help victims of the superstorm which devastated the East Coast last month, thanks to the CFDA and Vogue's Fashion for Sandy Relief Initiative.

Victoria Beckham, Anna Wintour and Diane von Furstenberg have all auctioned time with themselves on fundraisingsite Charitybuzz.com, in the hope of raising a combined $185,000 for the cause (or more!), and are offering up lunch dates, backstage tours and even week-long luxury stays at their private homes. Victoria Beckham is auctioning off the chance to attend her New York Fashion Week show in February and then meet her afterwards, valued at $20,000, while Anna Wintour is offering the opportunity to attend a fashion show with her, tour the Vogue offices, have lunch in the Conde Nast cafeteria and take home a goodie bag, which is expected to go for $50K.

Wintour is also selling a meet-and-greet with herself and the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Andrew Bolton, as well as tickets to the Costume Institute Benefit cocktails and exhibition, also estimated to go for $50,000.

Diane von Furstenberg's lots include a tour of her Meatpacking District headquarters, followed by lunch (estimated at $15,000), and a week-long sojourn (and $1,000 shopping spree) at the designer's luxury Harbour Island beach house, also estimated to be worth $50K.

'Sandy has hit us hard here at home. It is devastating to see so many friends and neighbours affected,' von Furstenberg said. 'As we did for Haiti and Japan, our industry has come together to raise funds with Fashion for Sandy Relief.'

Celebrities including Lady Gaga, who pledged $1million to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts and Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, who handed out supplies to storm victims in Rockaway, Queens, earlier this month, have all rallied to help victims of the devastation.
