Next weekend, coaches Jessie J and the Script's Danny O’Donoghue will each have to cull two of their acts.

Will.I.Am is also under pressure from show bosses to stop tweeting during live shows. He told BBC execs that he plans to keep on updating his 2.9million followers during live shows, confirming on Twitter:

'I told the BBC, ‘It may seem odd me tweeting but trust me, this will be the norm one day & people are going to copy it'.’

'I’ll not stop tweeting during live shows – it allows people to live the moment with me.'
