Sienna Miller wins payout for nude photos
Sienna Miller has won damage payouts from The Sun and News of the World, after both papers published nude photographs of her.
The newspapers, along with the Xposure Photo Agency, have paid the actress £37,500 plus legal costs after she sued for invasion of privacy. The photographer that took the pictures is also facing legal action.
Published in October, the pictures will not be published again and all copies have been deleted, Miller’s solicitor confirmed. The pictures were taken on the set of the actress’s latest film Hippie Hippie Shake, based on the life of Richard Neville, editor of Oz magazine in the 1970s. Miller plays his girlfriend Louise Ferrier.
