Shock stabbing at Jessie J party

A man has been left in a serious condition following the incident

A man is said to be in a serious condition after a reported stabbing at a party where Jessie J performed last night.

The BBM Blackberry party in London ended on a sour note when a man was apparently stabbed in the neck.

The bash, held at Pulse – also known as Bankside Vaults – in central London, had a host of celebrity guests in attendance, including Lauren Goodger, Joey Essex and Lydia Bright from The Only Way Is Essex, as well as journalists and competition winners.

Jessie J and Wretch 32 also performed at the event.

It’s thought the incident happened shortly after Jessie J’s set and clubbers where then kept inside the venue while the police began their investigations.

One man has been arrested and is in custody.

A Scotland Yard spokesperson said: ‘At around 12.07am the ambulance service called police regarding a man injured in a club off Southwark Street.

‘He is thought to be in his thirties and has been taken to hospital in a serious condition. The victim is thought to have been injured with a bottle.’
