Robbie Williams has reunited with is former bandmates, and Take That is a five-piece once again

Robbie Williams has returned to Take That, 15 years after leaving the band.

A statement from the band confirmed: 'The rumours are true... Take That: the original line-up, have written and recorded a new album for release later this year.

The reunited five-piece - Robbie, Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen - are expected to embark on a world tour, with their new album hitting shops this November.

Take That split in 1995, a year after Robbie left the band. The remaining four member reunited in 2005.

Mark Owen commented on the news, ‘Getting the five of us to be in a room together, although always a dream, never actually seemed like becoming a reality. Now the reality of the five of us making a record together feels like a dream. It’s been an absolute delight spending time with Rob again.'

Jason Orange added: ‘Flippin’ brilliant, absolutely brilliant. I’m over the moon that Robbie’s back with us, however long it lasts. I just want to enjoy our time with him. Life is beautifully strange sometimes.'
