Pippa Middleton's wedding to hedge fund manager James Matthews was this weekend, and it was the perfect way to satisfy our royal wedding cravings as we got to re-live our favourite memories from Kate and Will’s Royal Wedding.

It looked like the bride had the Westminster Abbey ceremony on her mind as well, because she was wearing the same earrings that she wore to her sister's wedding.

She also wore a similar dress to sister Kate’s Alexander McQueen wedding gown, though Pippa’s was by Giles Deacon and featured short sleeves instead of long, and a high neck instead of a plunging one. The bride looked as stunning as ever at the basically-royal wedding, which included not one but two receptions.

Here’s Pippa wearing those earrings as a bridesmaid:

They’re by Robinson Pelham, and Kate wore earrings by the same designer at her wedding.

And here you can see them gracing her ears as a bride:

Not only did she look amazing, but it was a really sweet way to honour her relationship with her sister on her special day. Besides, earrings that beautiful shouldn’t be worn only once.

Kate took care of bridesmaid duties (even though she wasn’t an official bridesmaid), and was a 'matron of honor' – as The Mirror reports, only unmarried women can be 'maids' of honour. You know, semantics.

It’s so sweet seeing the gorgeous sisters support each other on their special days – nothing is more beautiful than sisterly love.
