Famed blogger feels the heat after posting explicit paparazzi picture
Perez Hilton made his name by refusing to bow to Hollywood's elite and happily mocking them and their scandals, but it seems his latest escapade might have more serious repercussions.
The famed blogger is in hot water after posting an 'explicit' paparazzi photo of teen sensation Miley Cyrus exiting a car.
Why the big fuss when is seems every other LA starlet has flashed their knickers to the paps at some stage or another? Miley's young age. At only 17, not only are fans outraged, but there's even talk that Perez could face child pornography charges.
Although the offending image has now been removed from Perez's blog site, America's chatshows and radio programmes have since been inundated with outraged calls from fans.
Miley herself told American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, 'That's some idiot being an idiot. Isn't it funny that things like that, that are so negative have to come out right before my record?'
And for once, even Perez seems to think he may have crossed a line. 'Do you think I'm stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she's not wearing any underwear down there?' he said in a video post on his site. 'No. Sure, I like to be controversial, but I don't want to go to jail.'
