After news broke of Peaches Geldof's death, celebrities took to social media to mourn the 25-year-old TV personality and mum of two

Peaches Geldof was found dead in her home in Wrotham, Kent, on Monday afternoon. She was just 25 years old.

The TV personality and writer was a mother of two sons - Astala, 23 months, and Phaedra, 11 months - and a wife to Thomas Cohen, whom she married in 2012.

Her father, musician Bob Geldof, confirmed the news, saying: 'We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.'

After the shocking news of her death surfaced, tributes and reactions came flooding in from those who knew her best. Many celebrities took to social media to publicly mourn.
