After seeing Lena's birthday message to her rocker boyfriend, there's only one thing to say: 'Awwwww....'

Lena Dunham writes about 20-something women trying (and often failing) to find love. But in real life, it seems the Girls star is living her happy ending.

The 27-year-old writer-actress posted a loving message to her boyfriend, fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff, on Monday night.

'Happy 30th Birthday to my partner/favorite face,' she wrote, sharing a sweet couples' selfie.

And one day earlier, Lena shared a ridiculously cute throwback picture of Jack as a little boy. 'So I guess I am never allowed to get mad at my boyfriend...'

Lena has been sharing loads of adorable snaps of her bf lately - but their romance isn't just limited to Instagram. She directed the new music video for Jack's solo debut song, "I Wanna Get Better."
