In signature Gaga mode, the songstress dares to bare and sparks controversy as she covers Rolling Stone

As she covers Rolling Stone for a second time, Lady Gaga has tapped all of her signature elements: there's plenty of flesh, out-to-shock accessories and her favourite underwear-as-outerwear styling.

So, we have the Lady clad in a machine gun bra and thong, showing off a rose tatoo on her hip, and rocking the blunt blonde bob and a slick of red lipstick.

Not just baring all on the cover, an in-depth interview inside sees Gaga talk insecurities, inspiration and future plans.

'When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl,' she told the mag. 'Then I say, 'Bitch, you're Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today.''

As for her own icons, and she revealed that Michael Jackson tops her list: 'Michael got burned, and he lifted that glittered glove so damn high so

his fans could see him, because he was in the art of show business.

That's what we do.'

Onto the future, and she confirmed that she'll announce the name of her next album at midnight on New Year's Eve: 'I think I'm gonna get the album title tattooed on me and put out the photo.'
