Kylie to star in comeback special for ITV
KYLIE MINOGUE WILL launch her comeback with a one-hour TV special for ITV1, entitled The Kylie Show. It will air on 26 November, and include songs from her new album X and classics from her 20-year music career.
Speaking of the show, Kylie said: ‘Working with ITV on this special has been an incredibly exciting experience.’ She added: ‘My creative team and I are preparing a fabulous evening with a mixture of old songs, new songs and lots of surprises thrown into the mix as well.
Kylie’s comeback has hit full swing, with a new Marilyn Monroe-inspired video released this week, and also the launch of the singer’s own MySpace page. The site was opened at 10am yesterday, and three hours later had already gained 12,000 views.
Kylie’s new single Two Hearts will be released on 12 November. It is her first since being diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2005.
