Forget colour blocking! The new mum is very fond of wearing just one shade at a time

Kim Kardashian's sense of style is a subject that always gets people talking.

But while her wardrobe choices are often divisive, one thing's for sure: She's a lady who knows what she likes. And what she likes right now is the head-to-toe colour trend.

The new mum, 33, has been spotted several times over the past few months wearing just one shade at a time - from her coat to her dress to her footwear.

Yesterday, Kimmie stepped out in New York City rocking an all-cream ensemble. Her silk trousers, matching blouse and coordinating wool coat created one clean line of colour from her shoulders down.

Of course, this wasn't the first time Kim has tried the trend (which as popped up on many a Fashion Week runway). She's rocked similar looks in silver, gold, black and pink in the recent past.
