Kim Kardashian attracted plenty of attention as she arrived at the Dorchester in London last night.
The pregnant reality TV starlet was swamped by hoards of snappers as she arrived back to the swanky West End hotel, after watching Beyoncé in concert at the O2 Arena.

Holding onto an assistant, Kim Kardashian fought through the photographers, who were camped outside awaiting her return.
Dressed in a black leather shirt, jeans and a jacket, Kim's burgeoning baby bump was clearly visible.
This comes after the mum-to-be was spotted in the audience as Beyoncé played her third gig in London.
Stepping behind the camera instead of in front of it, Kim snapped her own photos of the superstar on stage, from her place in the VIP area.
'Oh hey B!' Kim wrote as she posted the photos to Twitter.
And Kim's Access-All-Areas pass didn't stop there. As well as watching the gig, she also went backstage to meet her new BFF in person, and shared a photo of the Mrs Carter team.
'Backstage crew #MrsCarterShow ,' she wrote, although tellingly, Beyoncé was nowhere to be seen.
Kim's visit comes less than a week after she holidayed with her family in Greece, before making a pit stop in Paris to see Kanye West, and finally moving on to London.
