The singer strips down to her underwear to pose on the unmade bed for the photoshoot, and seems more than happy to show off her new trim physique.

Katy has reportedly upped the exercise regime ahead of her wedding to Russell Brand later this year, and is thought to be hitting the gym a whopping five times a week.
The 25-year-old has been working out with celebrity fitness trainer Harley Pasternak for the last year, and is following his Five Factor Fitness programme.
'Her goal is to look amazing always,' he told RadarOnline. 'She's getting in shape for everything: wedding, videos, touring, etc.'

'She works out as often as she can,' he continued. 'She's a busy woman but her goal is five times a week.'
And the results are plain to see...
The Five Factor Fitness programme consists of a five-phase circuit that works a different part of the body every five minutes, as well as eating five small meals a day.
'She eats five small meals a day, each containing healthy fats, lean protein, fibre and a non-sugar drink,' explains Harley.
