Singer Katy Perry was joined by members of her family at the LA premiere of her concert film, Part of Me

Katy Perry ensured it was a family affair at the premiere of her concert film last night, with her mum, dad and gran all joining her on the red carpet in Los Angeles.

The star happily posed for pictures alongside her proud parents, Mary and Keith Hudson, as well as her gran Anne, outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre in LA before the screening of her concert documentary film, Katy Perry: Part of Me.

Katy chose a red velvet strapless dress by Dolce & Gabbana for her premiere styling, which she teamed with matching pumps and a clutch in the shape of a slice of cake – also by the Italian label. She completed her look with her purple hair worn in 1940s-inspired waves and old school Hollywood make-up.

A quick change of outfit and Katy was ready to perform some of her biggest hits to the thousands of fans who had come down to see the stars attending the premiere. It was another bonkers stage ensemble for Katy, including a bra top featuring glittering film reels, some high-waisted shorts with the print of popular chocolate bars and sugary pink heels.

The premiere attracted a starry turnout, with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez also attending, as well as pop newcomers Carly Rae Jepsen and Rebecca Black.
