Kate Middleton was spotted snacking on a sweet pregnancy treat - but what was it?
Kate Middleton was spotted treating her growing baby bump to a sweet breakfast snack during her Chelsea shopping spree earlier this week.
Onlookers say the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge chowed down on an indulgent banana muffin and sipped on a cappuccino as she sat in the atrium at Chelsea Harbour's Dome cafe.

A source reveals Kate 'sat in the atrium like everyone else' and was 'totally normal' as she enjoyed a leisurely breakfast.
'She just sat in the atrium like everyone else,' the source told American magazine, People. 'She was very polite and really nice – just totally normal. I didn't know it was her at first. I just thought, "You look a lot like Kate Middleton." Then it kind of dawned on me.'
'She had a cappuccino and a banana muffin,' the onlooker added. 'It's not every day you see the future Queen of England sitting down in a café eating a muffin!'
After treating herself to the sugary snack, Kate spent several hours scouring the shelves at the exclusive design spot, with a separate source saying the royal, who is seven months into her pregnancy, left looking 'tired'.
'She was nice, but I think she was a bit tired,' the source revealed. '[She] had done a lot of shopping for someone who is so heavily pregnant. She didn't really say anything. She just pottered around looking at the fabrics. But she seemed really nice.'
Sources say Kate Middleton kicked off her trip to the shops around 11am, when she arrived at Chelsea Harbour's Dome cafe for her breakfast - fuel for her growing baby bump.
It's thought the pregnant royal, who wrapped up warm in a tartan coat and matching scarf, then spent several hours browsing the Design Centre, where she was particularly looking for lighting.
According to onlookers, she also stopped off at the Mulberry Home store and looked at several swatches of fabric before leaving.
Kate Middleton is currently overseeing renovations in not just one, but two new homes - apartment 1A in Kensington Palace, thought to be ready later this summer, and the sprawling Anmer Hall on the Queen's country estate at Sandringham.
