Kate Middleton will turn fashion judge as university students design a pair of shoes, which the Duchess of Cambridge will wear during the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
Six students from De Montfort University in Leicester have been asked to design a shoe for the Duchess.
Kate Middleton will pick her favourite design when she visits the University, along with The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh, to mark the start of the Jubilee celebrations on March 8.
The final six students were narrowed down from an original 100 applicants and the shortlist now consists of Sam Sawkill, Kay Yeng Cheng, Tabitha Duffield, Becka Hunt and Mei Chun Lai.
During their time in Leicester, the Duchess, The Queen and Prince Phillip will visit various faith and charity projects in the area.
