Kate Middleton may be emerging for her first public appearance since the birth of Prince George last month, according to reports from the royal correspondent at the Daily Express.
According to @RoyalReporter‘s – aka Richard Palmer, royal correspondent at the Daily Express – recent tweets, Prince William and his wife may be making a joint public outing this Friday.
‘Prince William will start the 135-mile Ring O’ Fire Anglesey Coastal Ultra Marathon on Friday, August 30, Kensington Palace says…’ @RoyalReporter tweeted yesterday.
@RoyalReporter later posted that: ‘Friday’s event is one where we were led to believe Kate might appear, depending on how she feels, though KP is planning for only William.’
Palmer later tweeted the following regarding Kate’s potential appearance at the event: ‘It’s possible but not probable. Palace officials aren’t planning for her to be there but don’t want to rule it out entirely.’
While the Duchess of Cambridge hasn’t made any ‘official’ appearances since the birth of her son in July, the few times we have seen Kate have been memorable, with her Seraphine maternity dresses selling out within hours of being glimpsed on the new mum.
Kate was also snapped doing the weekly shop at Waitrose over the weekend, looking relaxed and radiant in a Breton stripe top from Ralph Lauren – also sold out – and skinny jeans.
Do you think it’s time for the Duchess to step out and do her public duty? Or should she be at home resting with her newborn? Let us know in a comment below.
