The actress and her handsome fiancé stepped out for some couple's time in New York City

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's break from the spotlight is finally over.

The gorgeous couple had been lying low for the past few months and hadn't been photographed together since their Mexican holiday in December. Their absence sparked rumours that perhaps their relationship was on the rocks - and reports even surfaced that they had called off their engagment.

Luckily, we can now rest easy knowing their romance is still going strong.

The actress, 45, and her handsome fiancé were photographed twice in New York City on Tuesday. The couple - who announced their engagement in August 2012 - stepped out in the afternoon to have lunch at Fred's At Barney's New York.

Jen was dressed casually in dark denim, suede wedge boots and a charcoal hat.

For her evening outing, the actress swapped her sunnies for a pair of black-rimmed glasses and ditched the hat. Meanwhile, Justin, 42, looked relaxed and cool in black skinny jeans and an olive windbreaker.

With both her day and night looks, Jen's eye-popping engagement ring was clearly visible on her left hand.
