Immy Waterhouse, Gemma Chan, Laura Whitmore and Millie Mackintosh turned out in their best spring frocks last night, to celebrate the world’s new acting talents at InStyle’s EE Rising Star party.
Held at 100 Wardour St, London, up and coming stars from Taron Egerton to Millie Brady united ahead of next week’s BAFTA ceremony, practising their red carpet poses and giving their glam squads a chance to warm up ahead of the big event.
Taron, along with John Boyega, Brie Larson, Dakota Johnson and Bel Powley is up for the prestigious EE Rising Star prize, an accolade that has previously been won by Kristen Stewart, Tom Hardy and Juno Temple, and basically confirms an actor’s future in the business.
There was a Game Of Thrones dancefloor takeover as stars Maisie Williams, Thomas Brodie-Sangster and John Bradley reunited, plus an unexpected Inbetweeners cast catch up between Emily Atak and Blake Harrison.
Despite it only being February, most stars were keen to trial an SS16 trend, with sugary colours, floral embroideries and slinky slip dresses ruling on the red carpet.
