The actress showed off her enviable figure during a family holiday in Italy

Super-svelte Gwyneth Paltrow showed off her enviable figure yesterday, during a trip to the beach in Sardina with Godfather Steven Spielberg and children Moses and Apple.

While Gwynnie’s hardworking hubby Chris Martin took to the stage to perform at T in the Park in Scotland (it’s thought he’ll join the holiday later this week) lucky Ms Paltrow soaked up the sun in the exclusive Italian town of Porto Cervo.

It’s thought the group are staying on the world famous director Spielberg’s £200 million yacht moored nearby.

But yesterday they ventured out to enjoy some fun in the sun, and were snapped tucking into some tasty treats – prepared by their team of personal chefs, no less – before treating the kids to a ride on some jet skis waiting in the water.

Gwyneth’s beach outing comes just days after the actress revealed she works hard to stay in shape, and would ‘rather smoke crack than eat cheese from a can.'

The actress also revealed she doesn’t allow her children to eat processed food, but treats them to fresh pizza instead.

'I take them to Pizza Express because I think that’s much healthier,’ she told ex-BBC host Jonathan Ross. ‘Don’t tell them there are toys [at McDonald's]!'

Earlier this month, Gwynnie spoke of how she whipped her body into shape – with the help of celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson.

‘I had to work hard to get [my body] like this, but now I'm here it's so great because I don't have to think about it.,’ she said.

'I can just enjoy life. What a relief that is. I can eat what I want as long as I exercise, which is just as well, because if I put the word 'diet' into my brain, I immediately gain a stone.'
