He's reportedly in talks to star in How To Succeed In Business Without Trying
We know him as our favourite Warbler and star of hit show Glee, but it seems Darren Criss could soon have a new role on his hands.
According to reports the actor is tipped to take over from Daniel Radcliffe in Broadway show How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, and has been talks with bosses for the last few days.
According to movie website Deadline, the singing star is preparing to step into the role when Daniel Radcliffe leaves the show in January.
It’s thought bosses are keen to sign Darren on for a three-week stint – between 2-22 January – which could mean him missing out on shooting scenes for several episodes of Glee.
Daniel Radcliffe made his musical debut in the all-singing, all-dancing show back in March this year, stepping on stage to take the lead role in the musical comedy as J. Pierrepont Finch, who manipulates his way up the corporate ladder, from window washer, to chairman of the board.
‘Personally I find it a lot more interesting to do something which will take me a long time to prepare for, and I did a lot of preparation particularly in the dancing and singing for this show,’ Dan he revealed of his first musical role.
‘I find that a lot more fun when it’s more of a challenge. It would be too easy to take the kind of easy ride.’
