Girls Aloud have released a lyric video for their next single, Beautiful Because You Love Me

Girls Aloud aren’t wasting any time in getting back to what they do best, as they unveil the lyric video for their upcoming single, Beautiful Because You Love Me.

The song is one of four brand new tracks from the band’s hotly-anticipated anniversary album Ten.

The girls’ latest musical efforts take a turn away from their previous release, Something New, instead, it's a beautiful ballad with Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, Sarah Harding and Kimberley Walsh sharing the vocals.

The lyrics feature a positive message and include the line: ‘Right now the whole world could call me ugly, so what, to you, I'm not, you don't love me cos I'm beautiful, oh no, I'm beautiful cos you love me.’

And it was this that struck a chord with Nicola Roberts as she told Radio 1 this week: ‘After I heard the first line, I said, “stop!” That's our song.’

The silky smooth love song will be unleashed in time for the Christmas market with a new video on its way.

But to build up our excitement, Girls Aloud have released the lyric video for the song.
