Sam Branson and Isabella Calthorpe married in a star-studded ceremony in South Africa - and we have the first pics!
Sam Branson, son of Virgin boss Richard Branson, married fiance Isabella Calthorpe in a star-studded South African wedding earlier this month, and now the first pictures have emerged.
Dubbed the ‘nearly royal wedding’ of 2013, the celebration took place over five days, at Richard Branson’s private game reserve in South Africa.
300 guests arrived to watch the couple tie the knot – including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Natalie Imbruglia, TV professor Brian Cox and Cressida Bonas, Prince Harry’s latest love interest.
The society bride, who’s full name is Isabellea Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe walked down the aisle in a strapless white Monique Lhuillier lace gown, to meet her groom under a sacred tree on a hill over looking the Ulusaba private game reserve.
The bride, who shared her big day with Hello! said of her wedding to Sam Branson: ‘To me, going on safari is one of the most incredible experiences you can have.
‘So, for our families and friends to be able to share in something we love so much as part of our wedding celebrations is wonderful.’
