How does Reese Witherspoon whip herself into shape?
May is the month when we all start panicking about the prospect of bikini-baring bodies for our summer holidays, and reassuringly, Reese Witherspoon isn’t immune to body paranoia either.
The actress was spotted in California yesterday wearing her sports gear, plus kneepads and wristguards for protection, as she practised softball and running drills through cones in a bid to get her body beach-ready.
The 33-year-old golden girl has garnered a huge fanbase during her career, and there’s no doubt that it’s in part down to her more realistic body shape, shunning the faddy diets and suspect slimming tactics that some stars employ.
Taking her workout very seriously and displaying super-toned thighs (see below) to prove how hard work pays off, Reese is also preparing to return to the silver screen for an upcoming still-untitled movie, directed by the man behind As Good As It Gets, James L.Brooks and co-starring Owen Wilson.
