Fifty Shades Of Grey Movie Won’t Be Here For Another YEAR

We'll have to wait a little bit longer than expected to see Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson on the big screen

The Fifty Shades of Grey movie is going to keep us hanging for a further six months than initially planned, as the release date gets pushed back to February 2015. Just in time for Valentine’s Day…

This news coincides with the tantalising release of the first set of pictures of Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. How could they be so cruel?
It’s fair to say that the Fifty Shades film hasn’t had the smoothest run so far. This latest delay in proceedings comes after Charlie Hunnam pulled out of the lead role in the movie earlier this year. Luckily, British actor and model Jamie Dornan was quickly offered the part.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Donna Langley of Universal Pictures said: ‘We’ve been looking really closely at the August date and becoming more and more convinced that the right thing to do for the movie was to push it.’
While we want to see the best director Sam Taylor-Johnson and the film’s cast has to offer, we’re growing impatient.
In the meantime, we have the second series of Jamie Dornan’s BBC drama The Fall to look forward, which will be back on our screens in the new year.
