The dancer is thought to be applying for a long-term visa to enable him to move across the pond
Is ‘smitten’ Derek Hough planning to move to Britain, just to be closer to Cheryl Cole?
According to the News of the World, the dancer has hired a top immigration lawyer and is trying to apply for a long-term visa – as he reportedly ‘can’t bear to be apart from Cheryl.’
‘Both of them love spending time with each other,’ a source told the newspaper.
The long-term visa would enable Derek to make a more permanent move to Blighty to be near his newfound pal, while he reportedly also wants to try and land a West End theatre role.
Rumours are even starting to fly, suggesting that the pair are planning to move in together…
‘Every time Cheryl has to fly back to the UK, Derek is miserable,’ one of his friends told the News of the World.
‘He doesn’t want them to be apart for a day, and if that means shifting his life to the other side of the world, then that’s a small price to pay.’
This comes not long after the pair holidayed together in Tanzania only last week, and after stories emerged suggesting that Cheryl might be ditching the Cole and reverting to her maiden name of Tweedy.
Are they? Aren’t they? Gosh, it’s almost as bad as R-Patz and K-Stew…
