The lyrics to new song Screw You have been leaked online… and they're a bit of a giveaway

She's been hard at work on a batch of new tunes, and now a snippet of one of Cheryl Cole's upcoming songs has leaked online. And we think we can guess who it's about…

In the track entitled Screw You, the singer appears to attack cheating footballer Ashley Cole, seemingly blasting her ex-hubby with a string of fiery lyrics.

According to the Sun, Cheryl lets rip during the song, fuming: 'Can't believe all the s*** I did for you, was so caught up in the love I felt for ya.

'I was never enough, I never got your love. I loved you so much but you never gave a f*** so screw you.'

'I can still remember our first date, never thought I would scream I hate ya.'

Ouch.

Although the new track never mentions Ashley Cole by name, fans were quick to guess.

And the angry offering certainly puts any talk of a reunion to rest.

It's not yet known whether the track will be the first single from Cheryl's new album, which is rumoured to feature collaborations from Calvin Harris, Will.i.Am and even Usher - or even when it will be released.

But it sounds like we could be in for a treat...
