Beyoncé and Jay Z Enjoy Romantic Date Night In The City Of Love

The superstar couple hit Paris for dinner as Jay enjoys a day off from his Magna Carta World Tour

Beyoncé and Jay-Z proved that their marital romance is very much still alive after five years when the happy couple stepped out in Paris for a romantic dinner date.

The 43-year-old hip-hop mogul and his glamorous superstar wife, who have just topped Forbes’ highest-earning celebrity couple list for the second year running, were spotted leaving La Petite Maison de Nicole restaurant on Sunday evening.

Jay Z, dressed in a dark blue denim shirt, black leather trousers and black Timbaland boots, placed an arm tenderly around wife Bey as he escorted her out of the restaurant and into a waiting car.

The 32-year-old Grown Woman singer, meanwhile, mirrored her husband’s casual attire in a matching blue denim jacket with contrasting sleeves, a black diamond-logo sweater, skin-tight leather trousers and black pointed stilettos.

Beyoncé finished off her stylish outfit fit for the fashion-focused French capital with a black bowler hat, round retro sunglasses and a pillarbox red pout. These Carters know how to coordinate!

The previous day, Jay-Z was in London for the European leg of his Magna Carta World Tour and left commuters star-struck when he took the Tube to his sold out O2 Arena show. Joined by surprise tour guest Chris Martin and producer Timbaland, the rapper was all smiles as he chatted away to over-awed fans on the packed Jubilee line.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Jay shun luxury limos for public transport, either – the Tom Ford singer also rode the New York subway to his Brooklyn show last December where he was caught on camera chatting adorably to an elderly passenger.

Oh Jay, we love you for your humble ways. Why oh why did we opt for the night bus last weekend?!
