Lovely Ashley - who plays Alice Cullen in the saga - admitted that despite his worldwide success, Rob has remained completely down to earth, and still 'has no ego'.
'As a person, he's not like anyone I've met in Hollywood... He has no ego,' she revealed to the Sunday Times.
Ashley added that the smouldering star isn't fazed by living under the spotlight, and easily takes international superstardom in his stride.
'Everyone loves him, but he's unaffected by that and never seems fazed by the attention that comes his way,' she said.
'He's not changed a bit since I worked with him on the first Twilight movie.'
