I am all for originality but sadly poor Lady G just

to keep herself in the limelight by any means.
I thought her Kermit the frog coat must have
been one of the wildest. Someone let her know that

I agree with Katy, the music industry has gone down down down...
People like lady gaga get put in the picture like big stars, scoring hits with simple, mediocre, songs that are made to stick in peoples' heads just enough to make a sale, and are being disguised with screaming fashion.
What has happened to quality artists, who made it to the top without trickery promotion? I wish we still had the old strong females who can truly last: Janis Joplin, Dusty Springfield, etc. Thank god at least Amy Winehouse is a true self-made talent, but she is the only one these days. The music industry is really only about deluding people and making money now. This is all so obvious, even for me to see, and I am just 25 years old!!! I feel like one of the few people from my generation who can still see the good from the bad out there.

I am not sure that it is her own hair. Anyway, there have been similar styles to that in the past, and some a lot more extravagant too. Whats the big deal? I think it's just having fun with clothes and hair and whats wrong with that? It's better than following the flock and having no imagination. Some of her outfits are very stylish and chic and not that dissimilar to what other artistes wear. Look at how Cher used to dress, a different body part revealed in each risque outfit. I am more concerned about stars encouraging promiscuity and violence in youngsters, not what they wear or do to their hair.

I hate to burst the bubble of a couple of people who have left comments on here but Lady Gaga not only writes her own songs and music (she has played piano since the age of 4!) she also makes and designs a lot of her own costumes and made it big slogging through playing at a variety of New York clubs, ie the traditional way to get noticed as opposed to talent shows and hype. I have no problem with people not liking the music, which is a matter of personal taste, but you are out of line insulting her as an artist (which she is in the true sense of the word). Her look is all down to her own artistic sense (love it or hate it) not to some faceless publicity company so please get your facts right people.
