Brushing hair - News - Marie Claire

Marie Claire is delighted to announce a very special event in collaboration with renowned celebrity hairdresser Trevor Sorbie.

A unique charitable initiative - My New Hair - sees Trevor and a national network of salons helping women affected by medical hair loss - because of cancer, alopecia or any other medical reason - with advice on wig selection, wig customisation, support and aftercare.

Have you, or someone you know, been affected by hair loss from illness and would love a boost?

We are looking for women aged 25 to 38 who would benefit from a pampering session, where they will be advised on choosing a wig, and have it styled by Trevor himself. Alternatively, if your hair is now growing out and you are hoping to stop using your wig soon and want help with your
new hairstyle, then we'd love to hear from you too.

The event will take place from 1pm-5.30pm on 7 July in the Trevor Sorbie salon in Covent Garden, London.

For more details about this fantastic opportunity please email marieclaireideas@ipcmedia.com by Wednesday 1 July.
