I like the way hair curls using my straightners and the video shows the great effect it can have. BUT these videos always show you someone else doing the hair. It isn't so easy trying to do the back of your own hair. Actually I've started doing my own hair before and then given up as I just can't do the back, after I have done the first few sections across the bottom.

I agree with Martina. I have tried to curl my own hair a number of times since I had it done professionally, and I just can't get it right. I think I might fair better curling someone elses hair, but it's near impossible to do it on yourself.

Just seen this after doing my own disasterous attempt. The front looks perfect - like Nicky Clark had tended it. The back looks like a blindfolded monkey has had a go. Pointless showing how a hairdresser does it - we wanna see how you do it yourself!!!
