Tara Smith celebrity launch party

Hairstylist to the stars, Tara Smith, yesterday launched a new natural and organic hair range, with a celebrity packed party at London's Hempel Hotel.



Joined by friends and clients that included Rosario Dawson, Natalie Imbruglia, Yasmin Le Bon and June Sarpong, Smith celebrated the new eco-friendly products, which will go on sale in Tesco from October.

Having tended the tresses of hundreds of stars, including Demi Moore, Anna Friel and the cast of the Sex and the City film, Tara set out the create a line of products that contained no chemical nasties.



The resulting range features the tagline 'Tested on film stars, not on animals,’ and is made in the UK with all natural and organic ingredients.



Tara comments, 'It was important to me to develop a professional-standard line that’s not only environmentally friendly, but accessible to everyone with a realistic price tag. The hair is essentially a plant and your scalp is the soil.'

I bought the shampoo and conditioner and the gloss spray last Saturday at Asda where Tara was launching her product...... I will never us any other products on my hair - its lovely ,everything about it, the texture and the smell of lemons - it is truly a wonderfull product...
