Brides add spray tan fittings to wedding plans
Fake tan brand Sienna X has launched a new bridal 'tan fitting' service, to accommodate the growing demand for wedding fake tans.
Whereas dress fittings are an obvious part of the wedding preparations, more and more brides are now also opting to 'fit' their fake tan in advance, to ensure their colour will look as natural as possible on the big day.
The Sienna bride-fitting package entails 3 spray tan fittings, giving the bride-to-be tips on skincare, exfoliation and moisturising along the way. The first 'fitting' is two to three months in advance, with the wedding day tan taking place anytime from three to one day before.
Nicola Matthews, managing director of Sienna X comments, 'As well as wedding dress fittings, we advise brides to have a series of spray tan sessions in advance of their wedding. Spray tan colours can vary from skin-type to skin-type, and depend on lots of other factors like natural sun, skin PH, exfoliation and skincare routines. '
She adds, 'That’s why it’s vital to create a personalised plan for your wedding spray tan, including exfoliating, moisturising and timing the spray tan for when the skin is at its most receptive.'
