Lancome's new celeb ambassadors

Juliette Binoche and Laura Morante have been announced as the latest celebrity ambassadors for Lancôme.
This is the second time that Chocolat actress Binoche has been affiliated with the beauty brand, after starring in adverts for its Poême fragrance back in 1995. This time she will be representing the Rénergie skincare line.
Lancôme President Odile Roujol commented, 'Juliette Binoche is a woman of conviction with a lot of charisma… She's got quite an awareness worldwide... She's very courageous in her choices; Juliette can do blockbusters like Chocolat with Johnny Depp or take part in avant-garde productions.'
French actress Morante joins the brand for the first time, as spokesperson for their Absolue line of skincare. Roujol revealed that they chose Morante 'because Absolue is more about the excellence of skincare for replenishing skin, we wanted someone with a majesty, with the grace of an accomplished woman, who has a lot of experience in life and a lot of serenity.'
Esteemed fashion photographer Nick Knight was behind the camera for the advertisements, which will feature in magazines from spring.
Binoche and Morante join Anne Hathaway as current faces for the brand, which has a long history of celebrity spokespeople including Kate Winslet and Uma Thurman.
