Spice Girls in L'Oreal talks

Marie Claire news: Spice One Rex Features

The Spice Girls are in talks to be the latest celebrity faces of L'Oréal's hair care range.

The reformed band have starred in a number of high profile advertising campaigns in the past including Pepsi, Tesco and Walkers crisps, but this would be their first major beauty campaign.

A source reveals, 'They are back in a big, big way, and they’re not going to stop at a tour. They are in talks to sign with L'Oréal, and have a lot of other things in the pipeline.'

The Girls would join an extensive list of A-listers who have modelled for the beauty brand, inlcuding Jennifer Aniston, Penelope Cruz and Eva Longoria.

Spice girls? You mean old spice? They have had their 5 minutes of fame plus, so should quit whilst they are ahead. It's better to look back on success than to look back and shudder.

If they want to record new stuff as rubbish as that sappy song that Emma Bunton penned, then no they should not get back together. Most people like the old music. They should stick to what they are good at which is pop music - they certainly aren't singers, with the exception of Mel C.
