These days a lot of new beauty launches can thank Instagram for a chunk of their success (Glossier, we're looking at you), and this new arrival is no different.

Summer Fridays is the brainchild of bloggers Marianna Hewitt, who runs lifestyle and beauty site Life With Me, and Lauren Gores Ireland of You + Lu.

Despite only having one product in the line so far, the brand already has 47 thousand Instagram followers and counting, as well as a whole host of raving US customer reviews – and it's finally launched in the UK.

The 'Jet Lag' mask is designed to get rid of that dehydrated, dull skin look that comes either when you've been on a long-haul flight, or are simply run down from day to day life. And seeing as it counts the likes of Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba as fans, you're going to want in.

First things first, the ingredients. It has an all-vegan formula that's packed with the good stuff; antioxidants, vitamins and ceramides to quench and plump up the skin, while chestnut extract gently exfoliates for a smoother, more radiant complexion.

The formula is a medium thickness cream that you can either wash off after 10-15 minutes (recommended if your skin is sensitive) or leave on overnight for an intense effect. We're talking baby soft skin the morning after. And it all comes encased in a satisfying, toothpaste-like metal tube.

The Marie Claire verdict? It's coming on every trip with us from now on.
