And her Golden Globes lipstick was a major clue to it all...

Turns out it was no coincidence that Gal Gadot wore this £7.50 lipstick to the Golden Globes. The Wonder Woman actress has revealed she's now a Global Brand Ambassador for Revlon, the brand behind her lipstick of choice on Sunday night.

Taking to Instagram just a couple of days after the award ceremony, she wrote: 'So happy to announce that I've joined the Revlon family and am helping launch the LiveBoldly campaign. Stay tuned... It's going to be beautiful!'

The new campaign, which launches later this month, aims to 'inspire women with passion, optimism, strength and style'. It's therefore no surprise that Revlon has chosen a strong woman like Gal to be the face of the campaign; never afraid to speak her mind, she vowed to quit Wonder Woman 2 unless this alleged harasser was fired, and of course participated in the all-black dress code at the 2018 Golden Globes.

With Gal at the helm, we've certainly no doubts that it'll be as beautiful as she promises – read the beauty rules she lives by next.

'Revlon is such an iconic and groundbreaking brand, a champion of women, and I am so happy to be part of this family now,' the actress said of her new role. 'There’s a cultural shift happening, which Revlon celebrates, where feminine power is recognised, and I’m so proud that I get to witness and live this amazing change.'
