Anne-Marie Duff reveals her growing baby bump at the British Film Awards

Glowing mum-to-be Anne-Marie Duff looked the picture of health yesterday as she attended the glittering Evening Standard British Film Awards.

The gorgeous star, who is expecting a baby with husband James McAvoy, took home the Best Actress prize, beating off some stiff competition from the likes of Oscar-nominated Carey Mulligan.

Proud and emotional, Anne-Marie paid tribute to her husband as she stepped on stage to collect her award.

'I'd really like to be Mrs McAvoy for a minute and say thank you for seriously having to live with a flame-haired, broken-hearted banjo player for quite some time,' she said.

'Thank you for your support and always allowing me to take my work far too seriously, which I do.'

The pregnant star was one of several actresses to slip on the polished stage while getting up to claim her gong. But she managed to recover, and was still laughing as she took to the mic.

Looking stunning as she posed for pictures with her husband, Anne-Marie's blooming baby bump was just visible under her fuschia pink frock.

And there were many other dazzling A-listers in attendance on the night. Chris Martin, Steve Coogan, Sacha Baron Cohen and Eva Green were all at the ceremony, held at the London Film Museum,
