Russell Brand: 'I'm Ready For Kids'

It seems romance with Katy Perry has had an almost life-changing effect on Russell Brand.

In a new interview with the Sunday Times, the comedian has admitted to putting his womanizing ways behind him for good, even hinting he is ready to settle down and have children with the pop star.

Speaking about new girlfriend Katy, who he way spotted kissing in a car over the weekend, the 35-year-old said: 'She's lovely. I am living in a different way at the moment.'

He also insisted that no matter the outcome of their relationship, there will be no going back to his rampant sex life with a string of different women.

'Regardless of what happens in my current situation, I am unlikely to be satisfied with the calamitous promiscuity of the preceding five or six years,' he told the newspaper.

Asked if he was ready for babies with 25-year-old Katy, he answered: 'I am actually. It's seven years since I took drugs. I've made a film. I don't think I have to fight so much. I think I've grown weary of the carousel.'

Could this be the end of the naughty Russell Brand we once knew? Only time will tell...

Russell Brand ready for kids?! I didn't think I'd ever hear such a sentence! Katy is only 25 though... I wonder is she is as ready to settle down?
